My name is Joshleen and I love to read books, bake and play sports. I am a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND) and was born and raised in Canada. I attended university in the Philippines and spent four amazing years there. My favorite sports include basketball, ultimate frisbee and swimming. I have a passion for fitness and nutrition but I am also a food lover! I can be easygoing but serious when I need to be.
