I am from the United Kingdom and have over 17 years of experience teaching English to both children and adults. While I primarily focus on teaching adults on Cambly, I am happy to teach younger learners as long as they are not absolute beginners and are able to engage in lessons independently without parental supervision. I have a very clear, neutral British accent that is easy to understand. I am originally from Devon in the South West of the UK, and I am currently living in Asia. I work well with shy students, so please do not worry if you feel a lack of confidence. As a second language learner myself, I truly understand the challenges that come with mastering a new language. I enjoy free talk regarding travel, culture, worldviews, life experience, psychology, business, and other engaging topics. I love music and I am also a musician. In our sessions, I enjoy using the Cambly curriculum as well as incorporating interesting articles. I am also very keen on helping prepare for IELTS speaking test. You are also welcome to bring your own materials to class, provided they are sent to me in advance. My goal is for every lesson to be informative, fun, and engaging!
