Hi there! 👋 My name is Sumayyah! I’m a 34-year-old African American Muslim, wife, and proud mother. I have a clear and neutral English accent and love helping students feel confident while learning to speak English naturally and clearly. I’ve been an online ESL tutor for over 8 years and have also worked as a lead preschool teacher for 3 years. I hold a Bachelors in Child Development and a Masters of Science in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology! Whether you're a child or adult, beginner or advanced, I make sure our lessons are fun, supportive, and focused on your goals! When I’m not teaching, I enjoy traveling, learning new things, trying different foods, and spending time with my family.
