Hello!
I teach the curious as well as the serious learner. On this platform, I focus on speaking skills and pronunciation with Intermediates+ ... I will happily help with Life in the UK prep too. NB I like children very much but I don't work with them!
I love to learn languages and so I have a good appreciation of the efforts that learners make to be able to use a language well. I like keeping fit in various ways including walking and swimming. I like to do crosswords (or Arrow Words preferably) as they're great for widening the vocabulary and having synonyms on the tip of the tongue!

I like to find out what learners want. Are my learners just curious or really much more serious? I am flexible and adaptable enough to listen and respond appropriately whether a learner's focus to improve their English is in general or something more specific. I'll provide varied activities as well interesting and fun conversation and instruction.
