Cheryl
Hello!
I now work from home teaching children and adults ESL with my U of C TESL certification and a degree in Social Science. I currently study business and special education. Let's chat!
I love to take care of my small beagle cross dog, Sophie, her pup, Sadie, and my cats, Knave Big Trouble, a kitten, and Smokey Dutchess. I also love the sweet personality of my stud dog, Travis, and his expecting girlfriend, Mabel. I love to take walks and relocated to the Badlands in 2017 from the Rocky Mountains of Alberta, where I used to snowshoe and ski. I love to paint and take photographs, especially of sunsets and horses, plus, of course, my pets. I have met interesting people from all over the world. I have no children and am single.

Teaching Style
I love to help children learn English and to increase their vocabulary using play and small interactive toys. I have a genuine listening approach where I can gently correct your English to improve your pronunciation and grammar while carrying on an interesting conversation. I have in-person experience teaching pre-kindergarten and kindergarten children imagery skills and beginning to read.
