Hello!
I am on vacation and not teaching from June 13 to June 24. See you again at the end of June! Hello students! I love learning languages and want to help you speak confidently in English. For nine years I lived in Germany and taught English in preschools there. I enjoy teaching all ages, from young children, teens and adults. We always find something to chat about and teach each other. Many of my students are learning English for travel. I enjoy travel too! So far I have visited Japan, The Netherlands, France, Poland, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Czechia, England, and Canada. Often I have students who are preparing to move to Germany or to the USA to study or work abroad. I have moved to Germany and back to the USA and am delighted to help make these preparations easier for you. Please message me or book a lesson if you have any questions about your move abroad and I will be happy to help you find the information you need. I also enjoy teaching German and helping you edit your writing. You can message me to discuss German lessons or for help with your writing. I know what it is like to make mistakes in another language and how scary it can be. But I also know how much fun it can be! In my free time I enjoy coffee,tea, books and bookstores or libraries and doing yoga. I used to live in Germany for almost ten years. I have a TESOL certificate from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UW Seattle. My goal is to make you feel at ease and relaxed when speaking English. I focus on your pronunciation so that it is clear and understood by native speakers. I am experienced with students of all ages and levels. I am flexible and enjoy making lessons tailored to each student's individual needs. Repeat/Last Minute Cancellations: I understand that life is unpredictable. Please also understand that it is not respectful to the tutor to repeatedly cancel reservations, especially short notice. Please only reserve classes at a time you can attend. If you cannot guarantee you can attend, please take classes during priority hour, so my reserved times can be for students who can come to class. Thank you for understanding. Students who repeatedly cancel or come more than ten minutes late to class will not be able to make reservations with me.
