Hi! I'm Kelle, I'm from Yorkshire in England. Alongside tutoring on Cambly, I am a violinist and a music teacher, so naturally I love to talk about music, arts and culture with people from all over the world. I want to help you to express yourself and feel confident speaking English in every situation, so that you can make new friends, travel, work, study, and pursue your dreams.
I love all things to do with music, and I've been a huge Japanese idol nerd (STARTO/formerly Johnny's) for 15 years - if this is your hobby we will have a lot in common! I understand the struggles that come with learning another language as I love to learn languages, I have studied several over my lifetime and most recently have been focused on Japanese and Spanish. I'm hoping to visit Argentina and learn more about tango music, but for now I am in the UK.

I want my students to feel confident speaking English, so our lessons will be always be fun and conversational and I will ask questions that help you to feel confident expressing yourself. We can focus on pronunciation (British pronunciation) if this is something that you feel nervous about. I can teach from a lesson plan tailored to your goals, which will include multimedia resources and structured questions to help solidify knowledge of vocabulary or grammar, or we can have a more free conversation class that prepares for scenarios you might find yourself in outside of the classroom. I can also help advanced musicians prepare for study at conservatoire or university with specialised classical music and audio production vocabulary.
