I take a more casual and natural approach to my class structure. I want to give students an opportunity to practice their language in a native-level environment where they can feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes. So, I usually speak a little fast and I use complex vocabulary and slang. This way, I'm more like your friend than your teacher!
