I enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures through museums and interacting with the locals. I am learning Spanish which is fun but also allows me to understand language acquisition from a student's perspective. I practice yoga. I love to cook. I am a voracious reader, enjoy watching movies, discussing world affairs and popular culture.

There is no magic path to fluency. However, together we can create a path to help you achieve your goals. Casual conversation is a great learning method. However, if you want to learn the fundamentals we will do that through practical exercises. In my classes, you can learn through music, discussion, and video clips. Do you get nervous talking with native speakers? Are group conversations overwhelming? With my resources we can listen to natural conversation between native speakers, discuss what they are saying and practice the natural intonation and speech patterns. Or, you can play a game that makes grammar fun. Ask me how I can tailor the learning experience to suit your individual needs.
