Hello! My name is Eve and I am a native English teacher from Melbourne, Australia. I am Cambridge CELTA certified and I have more than 12 years of experience teaching English to students of all levels, including specialised business English. I also have a background in business administration and hospitality management. I live in Mexico and I am learning Spanish which I love and really enjoy! I am here to guide, support and assist you in your English learning journey and I will be happy to help you in any way I can.
I love travelling and meeting people from different cultures, and have been to more than 60 countries. I have travelled "backpacker style" throughout Latin America, Central and South East Asia, Europe, North Africa and parts of the Middle East. I live in Mexico and speak intermediate level Spanish. I especially enjoy spending time in nature and going hiking. I also enjoy yoga, pilates, reading, clean & healthy living and listening to world music. I have experience tutoring English before on other platforms and hope to meet you soon!

I believe it is very important for students to feel relaxed and comfortable in my classes. I encourage my students to speak as much as possible while making sure to provide supportive, productive and useful feedback along the way. I create personalised lesson plans to help students achieve their own specific English learning goals. I can assist you with all aspects of the English language including conversation and fluency, business English, grammar, vocabulary and expressions / idioms, pronunciation and reading.
