I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada but I have also lived in London, England, Bermuda and currently in Mexico. Meeting people from all over the world is wonderful as we get to learn each other's culture. My favorite hobby is gardening, enjoying beauty of the great outdoors. I love animals and have two cats and one tiny dog.

I understand how challenging it can be to learn a new language, so I encourage the student to really engage in conversation with me. The more one practices, the better they become. When an error is made, I correct in a kind way and help to understand why it is incorrect and a better way of saying it. My focus is always on the needs of the student, their strengths and weaknesses and I tailor lessons to fit those needs. I strongly believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience.
