Hello!
I began my teaching career in the UK in 1995, teaching Complementary Therapies and I also have a lot of experience writing and editing.
I'm very interested in the environment, culture, languages, the animal 'kindom', healthy living, travel, writing and reading. I'm an avid organic gardener and cook. I regularly practise yoga, qigong, breathwork and Ecstatic Dance, as well as paint wildlife. I am also a published author. Variety is the spice of life!
