Hi there from sunny South Africa. I enjoy teaching conversational skills to students because it helps students gain confidence. Conversational skills start with reading and speaking about interesting things. We learn vocabulary and see grammar in action. Conversational practice has a direct relationship with practicing for the IELTS speaking section. If you can comfortably speak English using all its phrases, idioms and expressions, you are more likely to tackle the IELTS speaking section with confidence. I have many years of teaching experience in the classroom as well as online, so helping students to be their best is my reward.
I live on a farm with horses and compete on horses.I also own a lot of dogs. I do a lot of charity work for animals. I used to be a teacher at primary school but I also taught adult education. I Love to cook and study. I started a law degree but have not yet completed it. I also Enjoy reading and doing arts and crafts. I enjoy a variety of movies and series and love being outdoors. Interesting fact - I was entered for the Masterchef South Africa competition by my friends!!!
