Welcome I'm Teacher Lisa! I've helped English Language (ESL) Adult Learners improve their overall conversational and communication skills for the past 15 years. I like to keep up with the news from around the world. I enjoy eating out and trying different restaurants. Riding my bike and enjoying the outdoors is always relaxing for me. My ideal vacation is somewhere warm with the beach nearby.

The secret to becoming a more fluent speaker is to...speak more! My best advice: Learn to manage your anxiety and increase your 'talk time' and speak more! The more you communicate in English the more progress you will make. But the key is to speak about a variety of topics that influence your personal life. Don't just learn random vocabulary words. Learn the words that you need in your functional English language life. In addition, I am an excellent public speaker with many years of experience in front of large groups of people.
