Hello!
I have been tutoring on Cambly since 2017 and have met many students from around the world. I always create a relaxed atmosphere for students by showing a friendly smile, adding some fun and humour to the discussions ensuring that they enjoy the learning experience. Whether the student wants to have Business English, IELTS exam practice or casual conversation, I make sure that all lessons by giving feedback and encourage ongoing practise.
I am retired and have worked in Goverment Departments where I gained knowledge about different projects by working with Engineers, Safety Officers, Human Resources and many other professions. I am a fun loving, patient person and enjoy teaching, sharing knowledge, even share my creative art with some of the students. My hobbies are reading, yoga, pilates, going to the gym, and creating art from recycled materials.. Because I love travelling, I enjoy cooking and learning about other foods from around the world.. Countries that I have travelled are New Zealand, Australia, Egypt, Vietnam, Turkey, Brazil and Phillipines.

I enjoy teaching students over the age of 18 years old, from beginner level to advanced. I share articles from many sites including (Engoo, Learnwithnews, VOA, Thought Company for dialogues. For Business English - I focus/encourage the use of vocabulary for office workers/receptionist/Human Resource officials/safety officers/engineers and other professionals. Students are encouraged to practise their presentations skills in order to gain confidence when speaking in meetings and email etiquette. Students request mock interviews for work and mock tests for IELTS - and many students have achieved their desired band scores.
