I have been working as a freelance ESL teacher in Mexico City for over 15 years with adults and children, and I can help you to practice and improve your English. I can help you practice conversation, perfect your grammar and vocabulary skills, and prepare for job interviews, work meetings, or exams. I am fluent in Spanish and I also work as a musician here in Mexico City.
I have over 15 years of experience teaching English and I love to help students with their English. I enjoy playing music, and I play the flute, trumpet, trombone and guitar. In my spare time, I play with a few different bands, and listening to and playing music are my biggest hobbies , as well as song writing. I love spending time outdoors, and going hiking and walking. I love travelling, meeting new people, and learning about new cultures. I enjoy doing yoga, dance (fcbd, cumbia, and salsa in particular), and cooking.

I am a very patient teacher and a good listener. I will provide constant corrections and feedback so you can understand your mistakes. With my regular students, I plan my lessons carefully and use different online resources and exercises to practice with different skills like speaking, grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading, and writing. With non-regular students, I try to encourage communication by providing interesting discussion topics, introducing new vocabulary related to those topics, and providing corrections about grammar and pronunciation during the lesson. My lessons can be focused on specific topics that you want to work on, and I have helped students with everyday English for travel and conversation, exam preparation, job interviewing skills, business and work English, and academic writing.
