Hi! My name's Savannah, and I'm an English tutor from Tennessee, USA. I love writing, reading fiction, and walking with my golden retriever. I am super interested in languages and have studied (at some level or the other) American Sign Language (ASL), French, Japanese, Hindi, and koine (ancient) Greek. I'm a cat-enthusiast and I love Disney and Pixar movies and any books by C.S. Lewis. I have a bachelor's degree in Biology, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and one day I hope to work in public health and ESOL. I've traveled to Southeast Asia and the Alps region of Europe, and would love to travel more one day!

I think languages are the easiest to learn when you're having fun! My teaching style focuses on what you want to accomplish as a student, whether that is making conversation, reading, learning grammar, or speaking--all in the context of topics you enjoy. I'll encourage you to work on these skills, but I also emphasize a fun, supportive environment as the key to language success.
