Hello! My name is Katie and I am from Canada. I have lived in different provinces of Canada and have travelled to many places around the world. I am excited to meet you and join you on your journey in learning english! Currently my schedule is open to regular students only, but if you would like to book a lesson you can message me and we can try to find a time to meet.
I love the outdoors, whether it is doing winter sports or spending time outside on a hot summer day. Living in Canada gives me a lot of opportunity to enjoy all the seasons outside. I am an event planner as well, which has allowed me to experience many different events, from celebrations, to conferences and more. I enjoy reading, gardening and plants in general. I have learned a lot in the last 4 years about how food, lifestyle and stress can contribute to our health. This has been so interesting and I enjoy sharing what I have learned with others. I am looking forward to learning more about what you enjoy and where your from!

My teaching style is laid back as I want you to be comfortable to learn new things and not worry about making mistakes. I tell my kids that making mistakes is how we learn! I am patient, kind and willing to work on whatever your priorities are for learning English.
