私は結婚しており、成人した子供が5人、孫が3人います。彼らは世界中に散らばっています。私はペルーで7年間、チリで4年間過ごし、先住民族のグループや刑務所で働いてきました。現在はウクライナ人に英語を教えており、学校の理事と教区の事務官を務め、地元コミュニティに非常に関わっています。趣味は園芸で、余暇にはロシア語を学んでいます。

Hi, My name is Clare and I am a languages teacher with many years experience. I used to teach Spanish in secondary schools in England but then moved to Chile where I was teaching English, and am currently back in England teaching English to Ukrainians. I like to use a mixture of grammar and conversation, with speaking, listening and reading exercises. I have many years of language teaching and my pronunciation is very clear - my students find me easy to understand. My aim is to build on what you already know and to work around themes that are interesting to you, helping you to gain confidence through repetition and engagement. I look forward to hearing from you, and wish you all the best in your learning.
I am married with five grown up children and three grandchildren, spread around the world. I have spent seven years in Peru and four in Chile, working with indigenous groups and in prisons. I currently teach Ukrainians English, am a school governor and parish clerk and very involved in my local community. I love gardening and I am learning Russian in my spare time.

Lessons with me will be a mixture of listening, speaking and grammar, reinforcing previous learning and picking up the gaps in knowledge with role plays and conversation and some grammar exercises where needed or wanted. I hope that you will find them fun and encouraging.
