Hello. My name is Eric and I'm based in Manchester in England. I have an Honours Degree in Media, English and Politics and hold a TESOL qualification. I have many years experience in teaching English as a foreign language, working as an editor and also providing one to one support for Special Educational Needs students. I provide interesting classes to adults on many subjects and can focus on conversational and also Business English. I particularly like lessons about politics and economics. My interests are sport, current affairs, books, travelling, running, movies and music. I look forward to working with you in class.
My interests are wide ranging. I have travelled in Europe, North America, South-East Asia and North Africa. I have lived and worked in Taipei and Shanghai where I taught English. I have run a marathon and also several half-marathons. I am currently also a background actor in the UK and like to write poetry when I have the time and also keep a diary. I love sports including football and cricket and also enjoy music and the arts.

I have a laid back teaching style which focuses on what you want to learn. I will use my teaching methods and wider knowledge to improve your understanding of english.
