こんにちは、英語を学びたい学生の皆さん！ 私の名前はモニカです。皆さんが英語を学ぶ手助けをしたり、すでに持っているスキルを強化したりできることにワクワクしています。実生活の会話やプロフェッショナルな状況に基づいた1対1のインタラクティブなレッスンを通じて、皆さんと知り合うことを楽しみにしています。 対話、ビジュアル、ライティングエクササイズ、ロールプレイを使って、日常生活や職場で自然で自信を持ってコミュニケーションを取るためのさまざまなシナリオを練習します。私の目標は、皆さんが学びたいことに焦点を当て、成功に向けて一歩一歩導くことです。 私は英語を教える経験が8年以上あり、アメリカ以外の国に住んでいたため、さまざまな文化や生活様式を体験する機会がありました。また、日本に住んでいる間に国際貿易とビジネスの学士号を取得したことを誇りに思っています。 私は忍耐強い教師であり、皆さんがそれぞれ異なる学び方をすることを理解しています。お互いを知るにつれて、皆さんの個々のニーズに合わせてレッスンを調整し、最高の学習体験を提供できるようにします。 お会いできて嬉しいですし、皆さんの英語学習の旅の一部になれることを楽しみにしています！
私について少し：私はコロラド州で育ったネイティブの英語話者で、美しい山々に囲まれています！世界を旅し、さまざまな文化や生活様式について学び、国際貿易とビジネスの学士号を取得するために日本に住む機会がありました。 自由な時間には、料理、読書、映画鑑賞、音楽を聴くことが大好きです。また、アニメスタイルのアートワークを制作するアート会社も経営しています。2024年12月には、初めての子供—女の子を迎え、母親としての経験を始めました。確かに旅のようなもので、楽しんでいます！幼児を育てることは、私が今まで経験したどの仕事よりも大変だと言えます。 職業的には、さまざまなポジションを経験し、それぞれから貴重なことを学びました。私はライセンスを持つ保険の専門家で、現在の役割はパートタイムの保険マネージャーです。私の最大の強みは、問題解決、リーダーシップ、他者に良い影響を与えること、そしてクライアントとの真のつながりを築くことです。これらのスキルは、特にクライアントの維持において私に非常に役立っています。 人々に関する詳細は重要だと信じています。なぜなら、すべてのクライアントと同僚が大切だからです。 ここ数年、フロリダを故郷と呼び、日差しを浴びてビーチライフを楽しんでいます！

Hello, Students wanting to learn English! My name is Monica, and I’m excited to help you learn English or strengthen the skills you already have. I look forward to getting to know you through one-on-one, interactive lessons designed around real-life conversations and professional situations. Using dialogue, visuals, writing exercises, and role-play, we’ll practice different scenarios to help you communicate naturally and confidently in everyday life and the workplace. My goal is to focus on what you want to learn and guide you step by step toward success. I have more than eight years of experience teaching English and have lived outside the United States, where I had the opportunity to experience different cultures and ways of life. I’m also proud to have earned my bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Business while living abroad in Japan. I’m a patient teacher, and I understand that everyone learns differently. As we get to know each other, I’ll adapt our lessons to your individual needs so that you have the best learning experience possible. It’s wonderful to meet you, and I can’t wait to be part of your English-language journey!
A little about me: I’m a native English speaker who was raised in the great state of Colorado, surrounded by beautiful mountains! I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world, learn about different cultures and ways of life, and live in Japan while earning my bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Business. In my free time, I love cooking, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. I also own an art company that creates anime-style artwork. In December 2024, I welcomed my first child—a little girl—and began experiencing motherhood for the first time. It has certainly been a journey, but I’m loving it! I will say that having a toddler is more work than any job I’ve ever had. Professionally, I’ve held many different positions and learned something valuable from each one. I’m a licensed insurance professional and my current role is a part-time insurance manager. My greatest strengths are problem-solving, leadership, positively influencing others, and building genuine connections with clients. These skills have served me especially well in client retention. I believe the details about people are important because every client and coworker matters. For the past several years, I’ve called Florida home, where I’ve been soaking up the sunshine and enjoying beach life!

I believe that effectively teaching someone a new language begins with building a genuine connection. I want to understand your goals, recognize your strengths, identify the areas where you need additional support, and create a learning path with you—not simply for you. I don’t expect perfection, but I do value consistency. Your time matters to me, and I want every lesson to feel worthwhile. If you’re ready to focus and make learning English a regular habit, let’s make it happen together! :) I’ve found that students progress much faster when their learning continues outside the classroom. I create personalized homework based on what we discuss during each lesson, and then we review the answers together in our next class. This approach has helped students who began as complete beginners make faster progress and build confidence in their English skills. Learning a language is a two-way street. I’ll bring patience, preparation, encouragement, and lessons designed around your needs. In return, I ask that you bring curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to ask questions. When we both put in the effort, real progress happens!
