Hi I'm Margaret. I'm originally from outside Philadelphia but have been living and working in London for years. This means I am very familiar with both American and British English, including idioms, though my accent remains pure American. I'm looking forward to meeting you and helping you practice and improve your English skills in a fun, supportive environment whether you want to practice speaking, focus on another particular skill, or work on Business English. A classically trained soprano and business professional, I have a broad range of interests from singing and performing to current affairs, dogs and travel. I love reading, exploring cities and 'vegging' by the swimming pool or on the beach. I'll even confess to getting engrossed in the occasional 'box set-a-thon' and I really do wonder how people managed in the pre-Internet days!
