I love to travel and visit new cultures. When I'm home, I garden, cook, read, swim, and play mediocre guitar. I live with my three rescue dogs, who are the zen masters of good company. We live on the West Coast of Mexico, where the local people are so friendly and helpful (and the tacos are amazing). I love to go hiking with my dogs in the Sierra Madre Mountains and enjoy nature. I have lived in Mexico for over 20 years and I am still practicing and improving my Spanish!

I have a relaxed style to get the conversation flowing. I ask my students a lot of questions, and then I ask more questions! No pressure, we will keep it light and breezy. We can explore subjects that interest you. My job is to keep it engaging and relevant and hopefully insightful. And we can also have some fun along the way.
