Become Confident Now Speaking English! I am a native English speaker located in the USA. I have worked as a teacher and tutor for over 10 years. I have a bachelor's degree, master's degree, and I am TEFL certified through the prestigious International TEFL Academy. English as a foreign language is about communicating in English! Using interactive conversation in English to help my students speak and learn English is my strength and one of my favorite styles of tutoring/teaching. I encourage my students to speak in English no matter what their level of English is. I'm an enthusiastic, supportive and relaxed teacher. My goal is for you to succeed in your English learning goals easily and with fun. Depending on student goals, I focus on English conversation, English speaking/listening, reading/writing or combinations in my lessons.
A little about me: I am the mother of two amazing sons! I am a published author and English editor, so teaching/tutoring English is natural for me. I have a master's degree, bachelor's degree and degree in Early Childhood Education as well as being TEFL certified. I bring my education, work and travel experience to my classroom. My manner of teaching is to listen to and support my students needs and goals. I match my English lessons to my student's interests so learning is fun, easy, and memorable.
