Alan

Hello, my name is Alan. I was once a soldier and diplomat, and now I'm on my next adventure as a tutor. I look forward to helping you with your English-language learning goals. Please note that I work best with adults and teens and prefer not to tutor anyone under the age of 13. I do not teach young children and will immediately end any call in which the student is a child. Be sure to check out Cambly Kids if you are looking for the best people to teach your children English.
When I'm not teaching or learning languages, some of my favorite activities are hiking, Tai Chi, and reading good books.

I like to base my lessons on the real-world needs and interests of my students. I find that language learners improve quickly when they can immediately apply their new skills and knowledge to their everyday lives.
