Seeing that I live and work in New York, I have a lot of experience when it comes to working with students from different cultural background. This experience helps me to be more sensitive and patient with students who are learning English. I am interested in learning about different cultures and I spend time reading books that will enhance my cultural knowledge. I know what it is like learning a new language because I do try to immerse myself in some Spanish and French phrases. I believe that learning is a life long process so I am sure while you are learning from me, I will be learning from you also.
