こんにちは！私の名前はパトリシアですが、ほとんどの人は私のことをパティと呼んでいます。私はアメリカのシカゴで生まれ育ちました。スペインに住んでもうすぐ3年になります。ここに住むのが好きなのは、ほとんどの時間、天気が晴れて暖かいからです。英語アシスタントとして働いていない時は、近くの山をハイキングしたり、新しい都市や町を探検したりしています。料理と読書も大好きです。
私は過去5年間、ESL教師として働いています。子供たちと一緒に仕事ができるので、特に仕事が好きです。生徒が楽しく魅力的な環境で学べるように、遊びやゲームを作ることを楽しんでいます。

Hello! My name is Patricia but most people call me Patty. I was born and raised in the United States in Chicago. I have been living in Spain for almost 3 years. I enjoy living here because the weather is sunny and warm most of the time. When I am not working as an English assistant, I am hiking in the mountains nearby or exploring a new city or town. I also love cooking and reading.
I have been working as an ESL teacher for the past five years. I love my job especially because I get to work with children. I enjoy playing and creating games to help students learn in an engaging and fun environment.

Once I get to know the student, I like to design a lesson based on their interests. I like the 'I do we do you do' strategy. I like to use visuals such as pictures, videos, or writing on a whiteboard. If the concept is well understood or too easy, I will have extension ready.
