I have always had a strong desire to help others in need, and still do. It's a very big part of me and when I am able to help, I am filled with so much happiness. Another thing that I greatly enjoy is weightlifting and maintaining good health. I also enjoy taking time, at the end of each day, to reflect because there is always room for positive adjustments :-)
