Hello!!! Thank you for visiting my profile!! My name is Tutor Sylvia!! I have a U.S.A accent. I am from the U.S.A and am currently living in Europe. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English. I also have a TESOL/TEFL certification. I have been teaching children English for 20 years. I love teaching students from all over the world. I would love to be your tutor!! I can't wait to see you in my class!!
My hobbies are reading, making crafts, baking, spending lots of time with my family and dog, and travelling! I love learning!! I enjoy watching webinars and going to seminars that have to do with teaching and English language learning.

私の教え方は楽しいです！子供たちが英語を学ぶのを手伝うのが好きです。私はとても忍耐強く、励まし、親切です！生徒が授業でリラックスして緊張しないように努めています。間違いを犯しても大丈夫だと彼らに思い出させます。私たちは皆間違いを犯し、そこから学ぶことを伝えます。生徒が単語を正しく発音するのを手伝い、読み方や文法の理解をサポートします。授業ではTPR（全身反応）を使うのが大好きです。これは多くの若い生徒が楽しく魅力的な方法で学ぶのに役立ちます。すべての生徒が教師の言うことをすべて理解するわけではないので、TPRを使うことで、生徒はこれまで学んだことのない単語を学びます。非常に若い学習者と一緒に歌を歌ったり、すべての生徒と学習ゲームをするのが大好きです。

My teaching style is fun! I enjoy helping children learn English . I am very patient, encouraging and kind! I try to have my students feel comfortable and not be nervous in class. I remind them that it is ok to make mistakes. I let them know that we all make mistakes and we all learn from them. I help my students pronounce the words correctly, help them read and understand grammar. I love to use TPR in class, which means Total physical response. This helps many young students learn in a fun and engaging way. Not every student understands everything we as teachers say, so by using TPR, students learn words that they have never even learned before. I love to sing songs with very young learners and play learning games with all my students.
