Hello! My name is Stephanie. I have been a certified teacher for 15 years and have experience teaching in American public schools and teaching students online. I enjoy online teaching because I can make a positive impact on people from anywhere around the world. This is still something that amazes me to this day. I would love to meet you and help you develop your English skills. I look forward to seeing you in my classroom in the near future!
Students tend to describe me as a nice teacher with a gentle voice. Students who are timid or shy usually become comfortable with my teaching right away because of my calm nature. Students who are talkative usually enjoy my classes as well because I let them express themselves freely and can provide support and guidance as they take more risks in speaking and reading English. Those students in-between also benefit from my teaching because I help build confidence through positive encouragement. The goal is to have every student reach their next level of English language proficiency.

I like asking students about their interests and encouraging the use of complete sentences when answering back to me. I am always happy to help them construct their sentences so that they feel successful by the end of our time together.
