Are you scared to learn English? Does your English teacher talk too much? In my class, you will speak a lot of English! I have taught over 14,000 online English classes to over 1,500 students of all ages. I have watched my students grow over many years—from saying their very first English word “cat” to helping them in high school and as adults. I focus on pronunciation, complete sentences, grammar, critical thinking, conversation skills and building confidence. A final note, language learning is inherently a social skill. Students who work towards warm, friendly, expressive, curious interactions will experience the most growth. They understand that learning another language also means learning another culture. So, they have a positive, open-minded attitude toward America and Western culture.

I have over 15 years of teaching experience and bachelor’s degrees in psychology and art. I also have a TESOL certificate. My students say I am professional, patient, kind, and care about their progress. I understand that learning a new language can be scary and I am here to help. I hope to see you in the classroom!
