Hello! My name is Katelyn. I have been teaching school aged children for more than 6 years. I have taught in many states across America. States I've formally taught students include Florida, Washington, Oklahoma, and Ohio. I have taught in classrooms and online for all grades (K-12). I believe learning should be fun and personal. I am very energetic and love to build relationships with my students so that I can watch them grow in confidence as well as in their skills. When I am not teaching, I am playing with my dogs, out hiking or paddle boarding, or dancing! I look forward to working with your student in my classroom and helping them grow!
In my class, I enjoy using props, flash cards, and rewards! Students success is important. I want students to feel comfortable, confident, and capable. I love encouraging students and watching them succeed. See you soon!

My teaching style is very energetic. I am patient and will scaffold up or down as needed. In my class, I strive to make learning fun and personal. I believe learning is personal. Every student is unique. Come to my class and enjoy learning English!
