*** Sorry - I prefer NOT to teach children *** Hello! Are you looking to chat and improve your English with a native speaker? I can help! As well as teaching English for the last four years, I previously worked as a lawyer in London for seven years. So whether it's general conversation, or help with business English, you have come to the right place. A bit about me: I currently live in Barcelona, Spain having previously lived in London, Beijing and Oxford (where I studied History and Politics at Oxford University). I'm originally from Sheffield, England and my hobbies are long distance running and playing the guitar. I read a lot and love to travel - mostly to learn more about different cultures and to sample delicious food! I'm currently trying to improve my Spanish and I also speak a little Mandarin Chinese. I believe the best way to learn a language is to get as much practice speaking and listening as possible with native speakers. The more practice you get, the more confident you become and the more naturally you will begin to speak. (As someone currently learning Spanish, I know this from experience!). Of course, grammar is important (and I can assist where necessary) but learning to express yourself naturally and fluently is the key. So... let's chat!
