Hello! My name is Teacher Sandy and I can't wait to meet you! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I have lived in Argentina for over 30 years and have spent more than 20 years home-schooling my children as well as teaching, playing, and working in summer youth camps with the kids here in Argentina. I had to learn to speak Spanish as an adult so I feel I have great understanding and patience with second language learners. I have also taught for over three years on other English learning platforms. Let's start this journey of language learning together! I hope to hear from you soon!
I grew up and did all of my schooling in the United States. After I married, my husband and I moved to Argentina and have lived here for over 30 years. We have worked and counceled kids and teenagers for over 20 years and are directors of a youth camp outreach ministry.

From my experience of learning a second language I feel that it is important to have a lot of patience and to help guide the class to a natural conversation. My preference on Cambly is to tutor young adults and adults. I do tutor children if they are advanced beginners and over 6 years old.
