Hello! My name is Teacher Patricia and I live in the US state of Texas. Currently I travel between the USA and other places around the world. I have been teaching children and adults for the last 25 years. I have been an online and in person ESL teacher for over 8 years. I earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration plus a temporary Teaching Credential, as well as a 200 hour TEFL certification. I have taught over 10,000 online classes. I am most proud of being the mother of three sons who have all graduated from a major University. I believe in a firm, fair, and fun teaching style so adults and children learn to love a new language. In my classroom you will find props, laughs, and lots of interaction while we ensure proper pronunciation and grammar in the English language. A big focus in my classrooms is improving a student's conversational skills. Learning a new language is all about communication and I want to help you feel confident in all aspects of learning English from speaking, reading, writing, and listening. Hello! My name is Teacher Patricia. I am from the United States of America. I live in the state of Texas for most of the year and try to travel throughout the world when I am able to. I am the mother of three grown sons plus the grandmother to my granddaughter and grandson. My family means everything to me and I am fortunate to have my loving family support my desire to teach and travel the world. I am an avid reader and am always interested in learning new things. I have had the privilege of teaching English for over a decade. I have a degree in Business Administration as well as a TEFL certification. I incorporate a combination of lecture and blended learning styles into my teaching classroom. I am easily able to adapt to the learning styles of my students. I believe learning should be fun and inspiring. I do have high expectations for my students to come prepared to learn in class and for them to put the needed effort into learning a new language. I will give pronunciation and grammar corrections as needed during each lesson. I am very interested in expanding a student's conversational and comprehension skills. I enjoy a collaboration of ideas on what a student needs, to help them become successful in their growth in the English language.
