こんにちは！私の名前はアニャです。現在、オーストラリアのクイーンズランドに住んでいます。 私は異なる学校（オンラインでも）で6年間、英語を第二言語または外国語として教えてきました。これが大好きです。 私は6つの異なる国に住んだことがあり、たくさん旅行をしてきたので、他の人と出会い、異なる文化を体験することに非常に情熱を持っています。 私は南アフリカでアフリカーンス語を話しながら育ち、ティーンエイジャーの時に英語を学びました。新しい言語を学ぶことがどれほど大変かを知っています！しかし、教師としての私の仕事は、それがどれほどやりがいのあることかを示すことでもあります。 あなたに会えるのを楽しみにしており、すぐにお話しできることを願っています！

Hello! My name is Anya, I am currently living in Queensland, Australia. I have taught English as a second or foreign language for 6 years now in different schools (as well as online) and I love it. I’ve lived in 6 different countries and have traveled a lot so I’m really passionate about meeting other people and experiencing different cultures. I grew up in South Africa speaking Afrikaans and then learning English when I was a teenager - so I know how daunting it can be to learn a new language! But as a teacher my job is also to show you how rewarding it can be. I look forward to meeting you and hope we talk soon!
I absolutely love the outdoors (the sea or the mountains!) and being surrounded by nature. Meditation and wellness is also so valuable to me, as well as to enjoy watching movies and reading books. I also always try to engage in something creative like painting or photography!

Depending on the student, their goals and how they best learn, I like to centre lessons around their experience and interests to make lessons exciting and relatable. I like to practice conversation, with a focus on pronunciation and vocabulary, as well as using lesson materials or articles :) What ever your preference is, we can focus on that!
