Hello, I'm Ashley! I am an American English teacher living in Virginia. I graduated from a university in the United States with a B.A. in theatre. I LOVE the arts. I have been drawing, painting, sculpting, and making crafts and costumes from an early age. I also really enjoy acting and watching television and films. Some of my other interests include learning about science, business, food, and foreign places. I cannot wait to meet you and help you with your English!
I am very friendly, peaceful, patient, and encouraging. Please do not be afraid to make mistakes or ask questions. When mistakes are made, I will simply offer suggestions and offer assistance when needed. We can talk about whatever you like!

In my class, we can enjoy thoughtful discussions about any topic of your choice. I create a classroom environment that is inclusive, casual, and filled with many different types of media. You can expect to see videos, listen to audio recordings, look at pictures, and play games in my class--(if you want to). This class is focused on you, what you want, and how you learn best. At the beginning of class, we will consider what you would like to focus on. Whether it is reading, pronunciation, writing, listening, or a combination of them all, this class will be the perfect place for you to practice your English. I like to ask questions, but do not expect perfect answers. Do not be afraid to make mistakes! This is how we learn. See you in class!
