I am a Native speaker with a neutral accent from the United States. I live on the Atlantic East Coast. I have been a classroom teacher for over 15 years and an online educator for 2 years. I am a certified Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education, English Language teacher, and Reading Specialist and hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education. I also have a 120 hours 𝙏𝙀𝙎𝙊𝙇 certification. During my teaching tenure, I have specialized in teaching a variety of children in the general education setting as well as students with special needs (Autism, Speech Delays/Difficulties, Cognitive Delays, Learning Disabilities, etc.). I have taught all content areas (Math, English, Science, Language/Speech, Writing, Reading). Literacy and Reading is a passion of mine! I have helped students improve their reading skills, comprehension, and critical thinking/ inferencing skills. I am married with three children. We love to travel, go to amusement parks and the beach. Cooking, reading, watching sports, and listening to music are hobbies I enjoy most, especially to relax. I have been lucky to meet so many people and have made friendships from around the world. I enjoy a variety of topics in conversation, and I also enjoy designing activities that best meets your needs ranging from improving conversation, essential grammar knowledge, and test preparations.
