Hi! My name is Winnie. I am from Jamaica and I am a fluent English speaker. I am certified in Communication Studies with an excellent command of the English Language. I am a jovial person, who is patient, and understanding, and is always open to learning new things. I have over two years of experience as a customer service representative, talking to people daily in English. I enjoy helping people in areas where they are having difficulties, and I love imparting knowledge, I was also a youth mentor for a year. In this capacity, I taught teenagers how to overcome their struggles and focus on making a positive change in their lives. I am comfortable working with INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED students...
I love singing, reading, and dancing (even though I can’t dance to save my life!). As a proud boy mom, I am deeply passionate about my work. I also enjoy watching movies, cooking, and sharing my unique Caribbean culture with others.

Student-centered: I believe in giving students a choice to take control of their own learning. This helps students to interact more with me. Share interactive games: I believe my classroom should be fun and inviting. I like to share puzzles, brain-teasers, and much more with my students. Technology-based: Assignments will be given over technology-based resources, as they are more convenient for students. I prefer working with adults and teenagers. :) . My schedule is updated every FRIDAY for the following week. :)
