私は結婚しており、夫や友人と過ごす時間を楽しんでいます。聖書を読むこと、アートやクラフトを見ること、ペットの世話をすることが好きです。 私は技術文書やステップバイステップのヘルプシート（「ハウツー」の指示）、校正作業も行ってきました。アメリカでは23年間、製造業の会社で様々な職に就いてきました。技術設計のドラフティング、文書やデータの管理、トレーニング（教育）、問題解決、スクラップ分析、リーン製造、サプライチェーン管理、少しの物流、そしてアドバンスト・マニュファクチャリング・スペシャリストの認定を取得しました。その後、キャリアを変えて、アメリカのミズーリ州でレベル1の医療補助者の資格を取得し、アシステッドリビング施設で高齢者の方々に薬を提供し、必要なサポートを行いました。その後、引っ越しをして、現在はベリーズ中央アメリカで天然スナックを製造する小さなビジネスを営んでおり、再びキャリアを変えました。

Hello! Nettie here! I'm from the US living in Belize. I'm ready to help you practice your English as we enjoy learning about each other, how and where we live, things we enjoy, what experiences we've had, and just have fun! You can relax as you practice English with me! No worries!
I am married and enjoy spending time with my husband and my friends. I enjoy reading the Bible, looking at arts and crafts and taking care of my pets. I have done some technical writing, step by step help sheets (or "How To" instructions), and I also enjoy proofreading. In the US I worked at manufacturing companies for 23 years in different jobs. I have experience in technical design drafting, document and data control, training (teaching), problem solving, scrap analysis, Lean Manufacturing, supply chain management, a little bit of logistics, and earned an Advanced Manufacturing Specialist Certification. Later, in a career change, I earned a Level 1 Medical Aide certificate in Missouri in the USA, and worked at an Assisted Living facility giving medications to the Senior residents and helping them in any way needed. Then we moved and I made another career change as we currently have a small business making natural snacks in Belize Central America.

My teaching style is relaxed conversation while looking at lessons or just talking. If you have trouble making a sentence I can type suggestions for you to read, and in that way you have immediate feedback that includes help with sentence structure, grammar, and occasional new words or idioms (phrases with special meaning). Also, if you write sentences before class we can look at them together to make improvements, all while being relaxed and having fun!
