こんにちは。私はアメリカのオハイオ州で生まれ育ちました。父の両親はメキシコからアメリカに来て、母の両親はヨーロッパ系の血を引いています。私はアラブ人、ベトナム人、メキシコ人、アフリカ系アメリカ人が混在する多様な地域で育ち、濃い訛りや不完全な英語に慣れ親しんできました。 私はほぼ10年間生徒を指導してきて、全ての生徒が同じ方法で学ぶわけではないことを認識しています。生徒によっては他の生徒より早く学ぶこともありますが、それは全く問題ありません。学ぶ意欲があるなら、私は私たち両方がその科目をマスターするまでの忍耐を持つ用意があります。

Hello. I was born and raised in Ohio, USA. My father's parents came to the USA from Mexico and my mother's parents are of European decent. I grew up in a diverse neighborhood of Arabs, Vietnamese, Mexicans, and African Americans which has made me accustomed to thick accents and broken English. I have tutored students for nearly a decade, and acknowledge not every student learns the same way. Some students learn faster than others which is just fine. If you are willing to learn, I am willing to have the patience for both of us to master the subject at hand.
My primary language is English. My friends have relatives from around the world I have had the privilege to meet. I understand thick accents fairly well and am familiar with helping people through the English language. Bottom line, I will work with you until we meet your goal. This may not be easy but we will manage with patience :)

学生の目標を確認し、彼らの強みと弱みを見極めるのが好きです。弱点を特定したら、それに取り組むとともに、学生が持ち込む他の疑問点も解決します。特に難しい科目であれば、時間をかけて徐々に改善が見られるのが理想です。改善が見られない場合や学生がフラストレーションを感じている場合は、アプローチを変えます。

I like to go over a students objectives and see where their strengths and weaknesses are. Once we identify the weak points we will work on them, as well as anything else the student brings to the table that needs clarification. I like to see progressive improvement over time, especially if a subject is proving difficult. If no improvement is seen or a student is getting frustrated we will change our approach to the subject.
