I love the idea of building language skills and confidence through conversation and I like to help students of all levels
My main interests lie in and around travel, culture and the arts. I lived in Holland as a boy and as a young man I lived in London. I have visited many countries around the world and been to some truly amazing places and I now live in Bangkok. I am passionate about art and music. I appreciate good story telling which can be on the page or on the screen. I love nature, the countryside and wildlife and I enjoy semi-urban mountain biking.

I like to give my students the space to feel comfortable and through conversation we can build many aspects of learning which could include vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and fluency and these things can help students to use the language more effectively.
