:D Hello! I am Sophie! I am an English teacher with a 120-hour TESOL certification. I am from the state of Virginia in the US however I am currently living in Guatemala, Central America. I am fluent in Spanish and know how difficult it is to learn a second language, that is why I am very patient and kind. My classes are laid back and enjoyable. I do conversational English and I am good with intermediate to advanced students.
I am a mother, that loves cooking, and spend my free time looking for new recipes and trying them for my family. I also love traveling and would like to travel more in the near future. I have lived in the US for most of my childhood, and now I am living in Guatemala, Central America, where my parents are from, I love the Latin culture, amazing cuisine, people, and most of all, their beautiful landscapes. I love animals of all kinds, especially dogs but most of all my Akita Inu. I hope that you book a lesson with me and we can chat about your interests. :D

I am a patient and kind tutor who likes to have my students engage as much as possible while I guide them through the class working on pronunciation, reading, and speaking skills. I work well with Beginner 2 to advanced English students, I love teaching vocabulary and everyday English.
