私が小学校の教師であった時、若い大人たちと関わることも楽しんでいました。私はネイティブの英語話者であり、はっきりとした発音をしています。
オーストラリアの南西部、国の美しい地域の「ブッシュ」に住んでいます。私と夫は自分たちの石の家を建て、それは私たちの600エーカーの土地の真ん中に位置しています。農業地に囲まれているため、ここはとても静かで平和です。最も近い隣人は3キロメートル離れています。カンガルーがたくさんいて、素敵だと思いますが、彼らは私の庭を食べるのが好きなんです！ 私たちは最も近い小さな町から38キロメートル離れており、そこで私はいくつかの地元の組織で積極的な役割を果たしています。

I live in the south west of Australia in a beautiful part of the country, in the "bush". My husband and I built our own stone house which is situated in the middle of our 600 acre property. It is very quiet and peaceful here as we are surrounded by agricultural land and our nearest neighbours are 3 kilometres away. We have lots of kangaroos- lovely I know but they like to eat my garden! We are 38 kilometres from our nearest small town where I play an active part in several local organisations.

On a first meeting I always like to find out about the person- their family,background, jobs, interests. I will also share facts about myself. Then I find out about their goals for learning English, what they would like to practice and improve on. From this information I work with the student to plan a lesson or series of lessons. Often we like to free talk or other times I select a lesson from Cambly or another online source. Often I will research something for someone for the next session. I also like to share real artifacts and objects with my students.
