I have worked as an IELTS examiner at WISE English, where I assessed students and helped them improve their band scores through personalised lessons and detailed feedback. I have also worked as an English and dialect coach for actors, politicians, lawyers, and doctors, helping them prepare for films, television appearances, interviews, presentations, and public speaking. In 2018, I moved to Vietnam to experience new cultures and meet people from around the world. Since then, I have travelled extensively throughout Southeast Asia before returning to Cape Town, South Africa, in 2022. My interests include film, literature, music, art, history, and exploring different cultures, which makes my lessons engaging and enjoyable for students from all backgrounds. Before becoming a full-time English teacher, I tutored law at university and worked at a law firm in South Africa, specialising in human rights law. This background allows me to support students who want to improve their professional, academic, or legal English.
