Hello everyone! My name is Algerma. I am a qualified British national who has been an online teacher for over 4 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Management and I am also an IELTS specialist. I have taught both kids and adults during my years of teaching. I am patient and enthusiastic with a strong passion for teaching. When teaching, I ensure that the student has a clear understanding of what is being taught in every slide before moving to the next. I give many examples then give the student the opportunity to practice. In addition I teach at each student's pace. I speak clearly and not to fast because this helps the student to understand when being asked questions and to comprehend what the lesson/conversation is about. I also praise and reward the students to encourage them because I believe nothing makes a student happier than the pride they feel when receiving praise.
