I enjoy teaching and helping people! I am patient, easy going, good at listening and always willing to help.
I am a creative who enjoys artistic expression in various forms (including singing and song writing, woodworking and flipping, drawing, painting, and crafting. I would like to learn Spanish and how to play the guitar and violin one day! With these as a few of my personal goals, I can understand the challenge that comes with learning something new or trying something unfamiliar for the first time.

I take the time to get to know my students. I like to know who I am working with and what their life is like, including all the challenges they might face while learning English. Then, I focus on what I can do to be helpful on their journey. I encourage speaking despite making mistakes and help students feel comfortable with the process of learning another language, with its ups and downs. I am a supportive and flexible teacher and I enjoy working alongside my students to create the kind of atmosphere they need to learn best.
