言語が大好きで、生徒と話すことを楽しんでいます。他の文化の人々に会い、彼らの生活について少し学ぶことは楽しいです。
私は引退しましたが、長い散歩や読書、料理が大好きです。私の学位は英語と文学でした。 私はこれまでに多くの仕事を経験してきました。船のコック、カジノディーラー、児童ホームでの仕事、そして最悪だった魚加工工場での仕事などです。ロンドンで20年間弁護士をしてから引退しました。 今はイギリス海峡のそばに住んでいますが、カナダのオンタリオ州の田舎にも時々滞在し、夫と一緒に野菜を栽培しています。

I love language and enjoy talking with students. It's a pleasure to meet people from other cultures, and learn a little about their lives.
I am retired and I love long walks, reading and cooking. My degree was in English Language and Literature. I have done many jobs in my time, including ship's cook, croupier, working in children's homes and my worst job, in a fish processing plant. I was a lawyer in London for 20 years before retiring. I now live beside the English Channel, but also spend time in rural Ontario, Canada, where I grow veg along with my husband.

My teaching style is fairly informal. I like discussing written material with students, either articles or, if appropriate, a longer work, perhaps a novel, by reading together in class and discussing the writer's use of language.
