I strive to create a warm, welcoming, professional learning environment in which learners feel free to make mistakes but at the same time are motivated to move past those mistakes and apply what they are learning. I endeavor to cultivate a relationship dynamic with my learners that allows them to see me not only as a teacher, but as a partner in their English language learning journey.
