こんにちは、生徒のみなさん！ 私はエリー/BJで、イギリス出身です。3歳から21歳までの生徒を対象に、10年間教えてきました。生徒のみなさんと仲良くなって、より楽しく効果的なクラスを一緒に行いたいと思っています。 私について知ってもらうための情報をいくつかお伝えします。 私はダンスと音楽を聴くことが大好きですが、楽器は演奏できません。 アートは私の大きな情熱で、鑑賞すること、話し合うこと、そして創造することも含めてです。私は毎週コンピュータを使ってアート作品を作っています。 私はベジタリアンで、アイスクリームが大好きな食べ物です。異国の食べ物を試すことは、旅行の最も楽しい部分の一つです。 旅行ももう一つの情熱で、食べ物だけでなく、写真を撮ったり、探検したり、新しい人に会うことも私にとってはとても価値のあることです。 みなさんの趣味や興味についてお話しできるのを楽しみにしています。 更新：教え始めてから、私はトランスジェンダーの女性としてカミングアウトし、現在は彼女/彼女の代名詞を使っています。これが問題であれば、別の教師を選んでください。クラスでLGBTQ+の問題を話し合う必要はありませんが、話したい生徒がいれば喜んで対応します。

Hello students! I'm Ellie/BJ, from the UK. I have 10 years teaching experience with students aged 3-21. I like to get to know my students so we can have more enjoyable and effective classes together. Here's some information to help you get to know me. I love dancing and listening to music, though, I can't play any instruments. Art is a really big passion for me, to look at, discuss, and also to create. I make art every week using my computer. I'm vegetarian, and ice cream is my favourite food. Trying food in different countries is one of my favourite things about traveling. Travel is another passion, not only for the food, but taking photos, exploring, and meeting new people are really rewarding for me. Looking forward to talking with you and hearing about your hobbies and interests. Update: Since starting teaching I have come out as a trans woman and am now using she/her pronouns. If this is a problem for you, please choose another teacher. There is no pressure to discuss LGBTQ+ issues in class, but I am happy to with any students that want to.

My teaching is style is friendly and engaging. Though I take teaching seriously, I don't want my classes to be overly serious. Students learn the most when they are having fun, so I want to make my classes genuinely enjoyable for each student. Finding what works for an individual student and incorporating their hobbies and interests is one of my main goals to help the students feel comfortable.
